QK-NC Plus EtherCAT CNC System is based on the German Beckhoff CNC platform, developed with Beckhoff. It is a CNC system specially for plasma oxyfuel cutting machine.
The system is based on PC-based control technology and high-speed EtherCAT fieldbus technology. It has high-quality motion control dynamic performance. It could upgrade the potential performance of plasma to has high speed and good efficiency. It is perfectly suitable for the fine plasma cutting equipment. The whole system perfectly integrates the CNC control height control and all common I/Os into one platform. With its modern language network and drive technology interface (EtherCAT fieldbus), the small and compact CNC system meets Industry 4.0 and Networking requirements.

Processor: Intel® Atom E3845, 1.91 GHz
Flash memory: CFast card slot/Micro SD card slot
Internal main memory: 4GB DDR3 RAM;
Interface: 2xRJ45, 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, DVI-I/4xUSB 2.0, 1x optional interface
I/O connection: E-bus or K-bus, automatic identification of EtherCAT bus interface
Software:
Microsoft Windows Embedded Stendard 10 P, 64 bit;
TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR);
Fine plasma & flame cutting data package;
Basic graphics library & real-time path display.
Machine configurations are supported:
One or more plasma cutting torches and built-in height adjustment system, built-in Z-axis controlled EVA.THC arc voltage height adjustment system;
The Z axis can participate in coordinate linkage, realizing three-coordinate position linkage.
1-4 oxyfuel cutting torches with control;
Double horizontal and double vertical control;
Leapfrogging function to realize fast workpiece cutting;
Small hole data optimization, can realize true 1:1 small hole cutting;
Support fine plasma manual gas console and automatic gas console;
Support touch screen.
Optional function:
MES real-time data communication: including task command reception and reporting, various alarm reports;
Automatic edge patrol function, the machine automatically finds the steel plate placement position, automatically adjusts the machine coordinate direction, and automatically starts to execute the cutting instruction.
Non-contact plasma flame cutting gun height positioning function. Use high-precision laser ranging sensors to automatically find work on the surface of the steel plate.
