Description

The MAXCUT™ drilling, boring and milling and cutting machining center is a new multi-functional cutting machine  developed by Qiankun to meet customer requirements.  The drilling and cutting machine is stable and reliable, with reasonable structure, good rigidity, abundant configuration functions, and extremely high cost performance.

It can realize plasma cutting, oxyfuel cutting, drilling, tapping, milling, boring, powder spraying and marking of steel plates. Different numbers of cutting torch can be configured. 

This drilling and cutting machine is widely used in heavy machinery manufacturing industries such as pressure vessel, boiler manufacturing, and steel structure manufacturing.

Features

• One-key operation, complete all through holes, blind holes, tapping, milling grooves, contour cutting of steel parts, saving time and effort;

• Specially suitable for heavy-duty and high-strength gantry with large span, reasonable cable layout, and good anti-electromagnetic interference performance;

• The dedicated power head is separately designed for CNC drilling, boring and cutting machine, which can complete drilling, boring, tapping and other processes with high durability;

• The unique steel plate automatic pressing device, no move when processing small parts.

Configuration                                                

• Machine transverse gauge/mm: 4000-7500 (every 500mm interval);

• Operation console: Q-Panel  with a 17-inch industrial-grade LED touch screen display;

• According to the customer's drilling size and processing technology, you can choose BT30/BT40/BT50 power spindle, with internal water outlet;

• CNC system: QK-NC Plus CNC system, etc.;

• A straight-row tool magazine, with 5 tools in a single row or 10 tools in a double row;

• Laser cutting: high-power laser cutting can be selected, one or two laser cutting systems can be configured, and 10,000-watt lasers can be selected;

• Plasma cutting: 1 or 2 sets of plasma cutting torch and lifting device can be configured, all types of air plasma and fine plasma can be configured, plasma 3D bevel cutting and lifting device Q350Pro can be selected, torch library can be configured;

• Oxyfuel cutting: multiple sets of oxyfuel cutting guns and lifting devices can be configured, imported oxyfuel cutting torch can be selected, QK-APC oxyfuel automatic air control system can be optional, oxyfuel 3D beveling device and lifting device Q350Pro can be optional;

• Electrical control cabinet: independent electrical control integrated circuit board, IP52 level;

• Drive servo system: first-line brand AC servo drive system;

• Safety protection device: three-color warning light, operating platform, travel limit, main power switch, emergency stop switch.
