Features

• The frame structure is rigid and durable. The V-shaped wheel clamps the cylindrical linear guide or the first-line brand linear guide to ensure the accuracy and durability of the lateral movement;

• Stable QHC torch lifting device and double lifting guide;

• Connected to the customer's MES;

• A variety of configurations for customers to choose, strong adaptability, can provide customers with overall solutions;

• It can solve different processes of plate cutting, such as plasma, xoyfuel, straight, powder spraying and marking, 3D bevel cutting, inkjet marking, and industrail smoke purifier;

• Standard idle speed: 16 m/min, which can be increased. Acceleration up to 100 mg can cut sharp corner and small hole;

• Optional automatic guide rail cleaning and lubrication;

• Optional beam insulation and air cooling to prevent thermal deformation of the rack;

• Optional beam protection to prevent slag splashing and prolong the life of the machine.

• Operation console: Q-Panel is equipped with a 17-inch industrial-grade LCD touch screen display;

• QK-NC Plus EtherCAT CNC System, etc.;

• Plasma: Multiple sets of plasma troches and lifting devices, all types of air plasma and fine plasma, and torch library can be configured;

• Oxyfuel torch: multiple sets of oxyfuel torches and lifting devices, imported oxyfuel cutting torches, linear three torches, oxyfuel three-grade perforation system, QK-APC oxyfuel automatic air control system can be selected;

• 3D bevel system: both plasma and oxyfuel can be equipped with 3D bevel system and lifting device Q300Pro;

• Electrical control cabinet: independent electrical control integrated circuit board, IP52 level;

• Drive servo system: first-line brand AC servo drive system;

• Reducer: first-line brand precision planetary reducer;

• Safety protection device: three-color warning light, operating platform, travel limit, main power switch, emergency stop switch.
