MINICUT PLUS High-speed CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

Description

Qiankun Machinery developed this MiniCUT Plus high-speed CNC plasma cutting machine. The appearance of the machine is good and the workmanship is excellent. The integral aluminum alloy beam effectively reduces the load of the machine tool, so that the machine has excellent movement performance as laser cutting machine. Its most notable features are high precision, high speed, and high efficiency. Each machine can efficiently cut fine small holes.

MINICUT PLUS is mainly born for customers' laser-like plasma and high precision plasma cutting. It is a good choice to replace laser cutting equipment in the range of medium and thick plates. The maximum cutting thickness can be 50mm for carbon steel plate, and 30mm (carbon steel plate) is cut with Φ30mm small holes. These small holes can be used directly through bolts after cutting, which greatly reduces secondary processing.

Features

• The frame structure is reasonable, and the worktable is separated from the grantry to reduce the accuracy loses by the thermal cutting heat. The longitudinal rail can also be lengthened to improve production efficiency;

• Linear rails are used in both vertical and horizontal to ensure high cutting quality under long-term operation;

• The special floating form of vertical and horizontal clamping ensures that the machine can automatically eliminate the gap of the transmission chain under the condition of long-term operation;

• Stable and fast QHC cutting torch lifting device and double lifting guide;

• Can be connected with MES;
