1. Structure and working principle
The gantry laser cutting machine adopts the gantry structure, and the cutting workbench is separated from the main machine. At the same time, a dust collection and treatment system can be configured to effectively reduce the hazards of cutting smoke and dust.

Gantry laser cutting machines are widely used in the manufacturing industries of construction machinery, tower locomotives, shipbuilding, rail transit, etc., and are suitable for cutting metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and large processing ranges, such as 12m×3m, 15m×3.5m, 18m×4m, 24m×4.5m or larger. In the steel structure industry, for profile processing, gantry-type steel special cutting machines are more suitable for processing large-size steel, heavy-duty H-shaped steel, channel steel, angle steel, etc. for profile processing, and the beams are more balanced, cutting is more stable, and processing is longer lasting.
